I bought this thinking it would be a decent basic piece, and while the fit was fine, the fabric felt a lot thinner than I expected. After just one wash, it already didn’t look the same, which was disappointing. For the price, I wish I had picked something else.

Not gonna lie, I felt like this was way too expensive for what I actually got. The quality is okay, but nothing that really stood out to me. For the price, I expected a lot more, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I was kind of excited browsing the stuff, and some of the pieces did catch my eye, but then I saw the prices and was like, okay maybe not. I mean, they’re nice—actually, some are basic when you really look at them, and I just couldn’t justify spending that much. For my budget, it felt a little too overpriced.

The box showed up crushed and just looked cheap, which was disappointing. For what I paid, I expected it to feel a lot more put together. Whoever runs this really needs to pay more attention to the packaging.

I really liked the overall look and feel of the wardrobe.nyc pieces, the fabric felt nice and the details looked clean in person. The sizing just wasn’t quite what I expected. I went with my usual size, but the pants were snug around the waist, especially when sitting, while the jacket had more of a boxy shape than I thought it would. Not a dealbreaker, but it makes picking the right size a little tricky. I’d consider ordering again, just only if returns are easy...

I tried shopping on wardrobe.nyc, but the website gave me a bad vibe quickly. Pages were dragging, and some of the product images took so long to load that I started wondering if it was my connection or if the site was just poorly put together.

The color looked totally different when it showed up. I feel like the pictures are kind of to blame here because it was way off from what I thought I was ordering.

I just needed help getting an exchange sorted, but it felt like my basic request kept getting ignored. What should’ve been a simple return turned into a total mess, and in the end the exchange never got properly handled.

I ordered from Wardrobe.NYC mainly because the whole capsule wardrobe thing made sense to me. I’m trying to stop buying random pieces I only wear once or twice, so this felt like a better approach. The packaging was minimal too, which was a nice bonus.
It’s definitely not cheap, so I wouldn’t call it an impulse buy, but the quality does feel good. The pieces are simple and easy to wear, and I can see them lasting a while. Not perfect or anything, but I do appreciate that the brand seems to think a bit more about waste and sustainability
